About Sarah
It’s no secret that when we are tired, everything we do becomes harder. We simply cannot give 100% when we are operating at 20%. Training for better sleep is just like training for any obstacle we want to overcome. The challenge requires you to be all-in, and willing to get through the initial struggle to see life-changing results.

Little Slumber Stars got its start when its founder and fellow mama, Sarah Taylor noticed what a huge issue sleep was for her Occupational Therapy clients. They were showing up to appointments exhausted, running on fumes, and sleep deprivation was negatively impacting their progress.

As soon as sleep was addressed and began to improve, so did their outcomes.

The quality of the hours you spend awake are a direct reflection of how you spend your night. While your baby sleeping poorly isn’t your fault, how you address it is your responsibility. With us, you’ll gain tools that come straight from proven, evidence-based methods, not guesswork or anecdotes.

Sleep deprivation is often joked about and assumed to be a light-hearted part of parenthood, but it affects our life in ways that need to be taken seriously. Not only is lack of sleep associated with PPD and PPA, it can also hinder your child from hitting important developmental milestones.
Just as much as no sleep can hurt you, long stretches of deep sleep can transform the quality of you and your baby’s life.

(Try to) Imagine how you feel after a good night’s sleep… Now imagine not having a single one since you were born. That is your baby’s reality.
As much as you might be concerned about negatively impacting your bond with sleep training, it can actually improve it when you both show up bright-eyed and bushy tailed to breakfast.
Sleep is essential for good health and well-being, and that's why we are here to help.
